Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a High School English Teacher to join our vibrant educational community. This role is crucial in developing our students' English language skills, critical thinking, and appreciation for literature.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement innovative teaching methods to engage students in the learning process.
- Develop and execute lesson plans that meet curriculum goals.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate English across the curriculum.
- Participate in professional development opportunities.
- Foster a positive learning environment.
- Guide students in developing critical thinking and analytical skills through literature and language studies.
- Manage classroom dynamics and discipline.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and needs.

- Minimum of 2 years full-time teaching experience at the high school level.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
