Job Description

Position: Grade 4/5 Homeroom TeacherMubarak Bin Mohammed Charter School is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Grade 4 and Grade 5 Homeroom Teachers to join our team in Abu Dhabi.The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality lessons across the core curriculum, creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of all students.Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school curriculum and learning objectives.
  • Teach the core subjects, including English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies.
  • Differentiate teaching and learning to meet the needs of all students.
  • Use assessment data to monitor student progress and inform future planning.
  • Establish a safe, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
  • Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to school initiatives, extracurricular activities, and the wider school community.
  • Follow all school safeguarding, behaviour, and child-protection policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A recognised bachelor’s degree in Primary Education or a related field.
  • A recognised teaching qualification or licence.
  • At least two years of relevant primary teaching experience is preferred.
  • Experience teaching Grade 4 or Grade 5 would be an advantage.
  • Strong classroom-management, communication, and organisational skills.
  • A commitment to inclusive education and high expectations for every student.
