Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Head of Math to join our team in the upcoming academic year. The Head of Math Department is a middle leader position. You provide professional leadership and management of the Department teaching team, raising standards of learner attainment, achievement, and well-being through monitoring and supporting learner progress across the curriculum.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- First Language English Speaker.
- A ‘can do’ approach to work and a strong work ethic.
- Good organization skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and students.
- A minimum of 3 years experience and IGCSE experience (A-level an advantage).
- The ability to motivate and inspire students from a wide range of linguistic backgrounds.
- Intercultural Communication Skills.
- International Experience.
- Open and Connected Leadership.
- The ability to form and maintain good working relations with colleagues.Constant updating of information relating to the school.
- PGCE/BEd with QTS or recognized teaching license.
Preferred:
- CAIE, Edexcel, or other UK examination board experience
- Three or more years of relevant international experience
