Montebello Academy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Science Teacher to instruct preparatory students. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive lessons in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics.
We see our school as a learning laboratory, where teachers have the opportunity to experiment with the best pedagogical methodologies from the world's most advanced education systems. While education students learn about these models in university, they rarely get the chance to apply them in practice. At Montebello, any teacher who stays with us for at least two years will leave with next-level pedagogical expertise that will shape their future teaching career.

Key Responsibilities: planning, classroom management, pedagogical mediation, assessment of learning, professional development and administrative responsibilities.
Subject & Grade Level
Job Benefits
- Airport pick-up on your first arrival to Quito.
- Visa paperwork, paid visa fees for all expenses.
- Vacation Days: 30-day summer break (July-August).
- Christmas Vacation: 10 days (approximately)
- Additional vacation days according to the national holiday calendar
- Accident insurance
- Ecuadorian Social Security
- Scholarship for all dependent children according to the admissions policy.
- Salary: USD dollars monthly before tax

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in science-related fields.
- Proven experience teaching science-related subjects.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in integrating technology into the classroom to enhance learning.
