Key Responsibilities
• Manage and support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Office.
• Administer human resources policies, procedures, and programs across all nursery branches.
• Implement HR policies related to working conditions, disciplinary procedures, attendance, and
absence management.
• Advise management and staff on UAE Labour Law regulations and compliance requirements.
• Assist line managers in understanding and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Liaise with senior leaders regarding staff performance, employee well-being, and health and
safety matters, as required.
• Support staff recruitment activities, including preparing job descriptions and advertisements,
reviewing applications, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, tracking recruitment
progress, and communicating with applicants.
• Prepare Letters of Intent and maintain employee personnel files in coordination with the PRO and
in compliance with MoHRE and ADEK requirements.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including document collection, obtaining
required approvals, induction arrangements, uniform coordination, transportation updates, and
communication with relevant departments, ensuring compliance with ADEK, MoHRE, NAFIS, and
Abu Dhabi Pension requirements for UAE Nationals.
• Support the offboarding process by coordinating clearance forms, exit documentation,
acknowledgment letters, return of nursery property, and communication with Accounts and PRO
teams, as required.
• Coordinate health insurance applications, renewals, cancellations, and related processes for all
nursery staffin collaboration with HR – Liwa Education.
• Administer and explain employee benefits and serve as a liaison between employees and
insurance providers.
• Monitor staff attendance records and follow up on absences in accordance with nursery policies
and procedures.
• Coordinate and disseminate management-approved communications regarding working hours,
work arrangements, schedule changes, training sessions, meetings, and operational
requirements.
• Support operational teams in coordinating staff transportation arrangements and communicate
management-approved changes to pick-up/drop-off schedules, routes, or timings when required.
• Coordinate mandatory training with approved providers, including arranging sessions, managing
bookings, maintaining attendance records, and ensuring certificates are received and properly
filed.
• Maintain HR systems and prepare monthly payroll.
• Monitor and maintain manpower requirements in accordance with the approved staffing budget.
• Coordinate the resolution of HR policy-related and procedural inquiries, ensuring staff receive
accurate guidance in line with nursery policies and procedures.
• Advise management on remuneration, promotions, and employee benefits, as required.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling employee information, HR matters, and management
communications.
• Be flexible to work across different nursery locations based on operational requirements.
• Perform other duties and assignments as required by management from time to time.
