Job Description

  • Work closely with the CFO to support disciplined execution of the Manpower Budget
  • Ensure the Recruitment Officer is proactive in building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline
  • Maintain full compliance across all schools and nurseries, ensuring timelines and regulatory requirements are consistently met
  • Demonstrate strong organization and confidence in managing all HR data relating to staffing, vacancies, hiring, and performance
  • Oversee Licensing and compliance with ADEK ,MOHRE and UAE labor requirements

 

Bilingual candidates

Preference experience in education field
