- Commitment to the highest standards of professional practice and the development of a school culture based on collaboration between principals, teachers, parents, and students.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and an ability to work with diverse groups of people.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English.
- Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Exhibits self-motivation, high work standards, and attention to detail.
