Job Description

Vibrant and dynamic Teachers are required for this highly regarded and performing, international US curriculum school in Dubai. This is an international community that requires a cultural tolerance and a differentiated delivery that reflects cultural, academic and English language differences. Job Requirements
- Valid teacher certification for the subject and level you are being hired to teach
- Candidates holding valid and relevant New York State Teaching certification preferred
- 2 years of recent professional work experience in Educaiton field as Physical Educaiton in US curriculum
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree, ideally a Bachelor or Masters of Physical Educaiton
- Candidates must have experience of teaching in a US district school offering the Common Core State Standards (New York State experience preferred)
- Native English speaker

Ignite School offers an American curriculum education from pre-K to Grade 12, leading to a High School Diploma for Emirati and expatriate students in Dubai. Our curriculum is aligned with American learning standards and KHDA expectations, providing students with a strong academic foundation in a student-centered, future-focused learning environment.
Since opening in September 2018, Ignite School has continued to grow significantly. As of the 2025–2026 academic year, the school has approximately 1,900 students enrolled, with ongoing expansion planned to support more than 2,000 students in the coming years.
