Technical Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
- PC with Intel Core i5 (2.40GHz) or better, 8GB+ RAM
- Stable fiber/cabled internet (15+ Mbps upload/download) with LAN connection
- Noise-cancelling headset and HD webcam
- Backup power solution for uninterrupted teaching
- Quiet, well-lit teaching environment
Minimum requirements:
- Fluent English speaker from the Caribbean
- Completed, accredited TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certificate
- Minimum 1-year teaching experience
- Strong communication skills and passion for teaching
- Excellent punctuality and reliability
- No criminal record
