What We Look for in a Teacher:
A member of the Valley Forge Faculty occupies a unique and important position in the education of our students. Their role is in many ways different from a teacher at other schools. We share an important responsibility in educating and developing young men as future leaders including areas of the student's development—academic, spiritual, physical and social.
Preferred Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in the subject they will teach
- Valid teacher licensure, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience internationally
- USA curriculum knowledge or experience
- Middle East Experience
- Proficient communication in English

VFAQ (founded in 2022) is a leadership Academy focused on developing young men from Pre-kindergarten to Grade 12. Aligned to American Standards, our staff provide a unique VFAQ Experience for students to prioritize character development and personal growth above standardized tests and academic marks. As the ethos of leadership runs through the school, our five cornerstones bind this unique community together fostering a strong professional community, dedicated parents, and enthusiastic student body motivated by experiences founded on teamwork, rank awards, and a rich heritage. Our Monthly Salary Range: 16500-19500 QAR, in addition to this we provide health insurance and annual flight tickets.
