We’re Hiring: KG Teacher (Immediate Start)
Rushmore American School, Sharjah, is seeking a passionate and experienced Kindergarten Teacher to join our team immediately.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the American curriculum
• Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to school activities
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field plus masters degree required
• Teaching qualification (B.Ed / PGCE / equivalent)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for early years education
* minimum of 3 years of UK or US curriculum experience
Location: Sharjah, UAE
