The Principal’s specific duties :
- program delivery and performance support for teachers and support staff;
- assistance with Vice-Principal with staff performance appraisal processes;
- assistance with teacher and support staff work issues;
- management of student behavior concerns directly with students;
- communication with parents regarding student performance and behavior issues;
- assistance with instructional scheduling;
- analysis and interpretation of assessment data to evaluate the effectiveness of instruction;
- assistance with planning and delivery of school events including field trips and extended excursions;
- such other duties as may be assigned by the Director of Education
