Teaching candidates will be responsible for:
- Teaching a variety of literary genres
- Encouraging students to critically analyze literary texts to explore themes and characters while mastering grade level success criteria
- Enhancing students' English language proficiency through listening, speaking, reading, and writing
- Instructing students on effective writing techniques using personal narratives, expository writing, persuasive writing
