Required Qualifications:

  • Passion for serving God in the context of Social Studies and Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, History, or related field
  • Valid Teacher Certificate with appropriate endorsement(s)
  • Must be able to meet the necessary requirements for ACSI certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of successful teaching experience
  • Prior experience in an international school
  • Master’s Degree in Education, History, or related field
  • AP Training in one or more areas of Social Studies
  • Proffesional development allowance

Role Specific Responsibilities/Qualifications:

  • Teaches Social Studies courses for both middle school and high school students
  • Collaborates with the department, middle and high school teams, and administration around student progress
