Responsibilities:
- To contribute to the well-being of students through close daily supervision of the section in charge of, attempting to resolve any problem in collaboration with teacher/s. If problem persists, the Vice Principal is notified.
- To closely monitor students positive as well as negative conduct.
- To explain the negative consequences of misbehavior on learning as well as social and psychological development.
- To help students adapt well to school environment and values.
- To ensure the right communication channels between the school and parents.
- To enlighten students and raise their awareness of negative and/or harmful practices such as smoking, drugs, bad company.
- To promote students’ self-esteem and self-confidence
- To reinforce co-operation among students as well as enthusiasm towards teamwork.
- To apply educational principles and practices in carrying out his/her tasks.
