Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging lessons that challenge students to think critically and creatively
- Foster an encouraging space where children feel empowered to express ideas and take learning risks
- Support each child’s unique strengths, helping them develop confidence and a love for learning
- Build strong partnerships with families, working collaboratively to support student success
