Job Description
Teach in Dubai! Ignite School, Dubai opens for student classes in August 2023.
We offer a Pre-K to Grade 12, American education experience leading to a High School Diploma for Emirati and expatriate students. The Ignite School curriculum aligns with the New York State Learning Standards, which includes the New York State P-12 Common Core Learning Standards as well as KHDA guidelines.
Join the Ignite School community in Dubai as a founding team member and you will have the unique opportunity to shape the school culture, develop practices, and experience living in the UAE.
Interviews will be conducted through Skype/Google Meet.

Ignite School offers an American curriculum education from pre-K to Grade 12, leading to a High School Diploma for Emirati and expatriate students in Dubai. Our curriculum is aligned with American learning standards and KHDA expectations, providing students with a strong academic foundation in a student-centered, future-focused learning environment.
Since opening in September 2018, Ignite School has continued to grow significantly. As of the 2025–2026 academic year, the school has approximately 1,900 students enrolled, with ongoing expansion planned to support more than 2,000 students in the coming years.
Ignite School is a NEASC-accredited school that combines academic excellence with a culturally responsive environment that values Emirati culture, Arabic language, and Islamic values. Our vision is for all young people to experience that learning has lasting value beyond their life at school.
