About International School of Islamabad

The International School of Islamabad (ISOI) is a private, coeducational, college-preparatory day school. Founded in 1965 in Rawalpindi, it moved to its present site in 1975 and is located on 23+ acres on the outskirts of Islamabad. ISOI is accredited by Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools. ISOI is very proud to be an IBO World School offering the IB Diploma Programme.

The student body is truly international with representatives from 28 countries, including countries in North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia and our host country. ISOI continues to attract an internationally diverse, well qualified and caring faculty.

The leadership and faculty have proven to be resilient and committed to providing excellence in education in the years since ISOI accepted its first students. ISOI has a proud tradition of keeping students' educational, social and emotional needs in the forefront of all its goals and practices.
