Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admissions Officer to join our team. This role plays a key part in student recruitment, admissions processing, and school promotion. The Admissions Officer will manage all aspects of the admissions journey—from initial inquiry through enrollment—while also supporting the school’s online presence and marketing efforts to attract prospective students and families.


Key Responsibilities

  • Admissions Management: Oversee the complete admissions process from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring an efficient, professional, and welcoming experience for families.
  • Family Communication: Respond to prospective family inquiries, schedule school tours, and provide personalized follow-up to support enrollment decisions.
  • Application Processing: Manage application documents, coordinate interviews or assessments, and maintain accurate records in the school’s admissions system.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute student recruitment strategies to meet enrollment targets and strengthen the school’s market position.
  • Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the leadership team to create and implement promotional campaigns, outreach events, and partnerships with local and international communities.
  • Web & Digital Presence: Maintain and update the school website, ensuring information is current, accurate, and engaging. Support digital marketing initiatives and online lead generation.
  • Data & Reporting: Track admissions and enrollment data, generate regular reports, and provide insights to support strategic planning.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and support open houses, campus tours, and other recruitment events to showcase the school’s programs and culture.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth student onboarding and integration into the school community.
  • Brand Representation: Serve as a professional and approachable first point of contact for prospective families, upholding KSI’s values and image.
