Key Responsibilities

Teaching and Learning

  • Plan and deliver high-quality Business and Economics lessons aligned with curriculum requirements and school expectations.
  • Design engaging learning experiences that challenge students and promote critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and decision-making skills.
  • Establish clear learning objectives and differentiated activities to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Foster student independence, responsibility, and academic excellence.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment that supports learning for all students.
  • Use a variety of assessment strategies to monitor student progress and provide meaningful feedback.
  • Integrate technology effectively to enhance teaching and learning.
