Key Responsibilities
Teaching and Learning
- Plan and deliver high-quality Business and Economics lessons aligned with curriculum requirements and school expectations.
- Design engaging learning experiences that challenge students and promote critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and decision-making skills.
- Establish clear learning objectives and differentiated activities to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Foster student independence, responsibility, and academic excellence.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment that supports learning for all students.
- Use a variety of assessment strategies to monitor student progress and provide meaningful feedback.
- Integrate technology effectively to enhance teaching and learning.
- Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and a commitment to continuous improvement in instructional practice.
- Encourage students to apply business and economic concepts to real-world contexts and global issues.
- Develop students’ understanding of entrepreneurship, finance, markets, management, and economic systems.
- Promote inquiry, collaboration, and problem-solving through case studies, projects, and discussion-based learning.
- Support students in developing confidence and a genuine interest in Business and Economics.
