We are currently seeking a dedicated, playful, and nurturing Preschool Teacher to join our team and support our mission of hands-on, child-led exploration.
What You’ll Do
- Create a warm, responsive classroom that supports the whole child
- Develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans
- Foster growth in cognitive, emotional, social, and physical areas
- Collaborate with fellow educators and communicate with families
- Maintain a safe, clean, and inspiring learning environment

Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Fluency in English is required
- Spanish is not required — many of our families are multilingual
- Experience working with preschool-aged children (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Understanding of child-led, play-based, or progressive education
- Strong communication, organization, and classroom leadership skills
- A deep love for young children and a growth mindset
