Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated, playful, and nurturing Preschool Teacher to join our team and support our mission of hands-on, child-led exploration.

What You’ll Do

  • Create a warm, responsive classroom that supports the whole child
  • Develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans
  • Foster growth in cognitive, emotional, social, and physical areas
  • Collaborate with fellow educators and communicate with families 
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and inspiring learning environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Spanish is not required — many of our families are multilingual
  • Experience working with preschool-aged children (minimum 1 year preferred)
  • Understanding of child-led, play-based, or progressive education
  • Strong communication, organization, and classroom leadership skills
  • A deep love for young children and a growth mindset
