Key Responsibilities

Student Support and Development
Support students in navigating the Diploma Programme, ensuring they understand the expectations, assessments, and requirements for success.
Provide guidance on course selection, ensuring students’ choices align with their academic interests and future aspirations, while also ensuring that the full range of IB requirements is met.
Monitor and track student progress across all subjects, identifying areas where students may need additional support and intervening as needed.
Organize and coordinate the Extended Essay process, providing support to students as they develop their research questions, conduct independent research, and complete their final essays.

Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
IB Diploma Programme (DP) teaching experience and at least 2 years of experience in an educational leadership role, preferably within an IB World School.
In-depth understanding of the IB Diploma Programme’s philosophy, curriculum, assessment practices, and requirements.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and support both staff and students.
Experience with university admissions processes and knowledge of how the DP prepares students for higher education.
