Job Description
We recruit the very best teachers who can deliver Early Years Foundation Stage curricula in a creative, collaborative, and highly engaging manner. We aim to educate pupils to become kind and helpful, as well as independent learners.
Duties:
Subject to the policies of the school the duties of teachers are to perform such related to the following categories:
- Teaching assigned classes together with associated preparation
- Assessing, recording, and reporting the work of pupils
- Providing advice and guidance to pupils and their parents on issues related to their education
- Promoting and safeguarding the health, welfare, and safety of pupils
- Working in partnership with parents, support staff, and other professionals
- Undertaking appropriate and agreed continuing professional development
- Participating in issues related to school planning, raising achievement, and individual review
- Developing the school/nursery curriculum
- Contributing towards good order and the wider needs of the school

Job Requirements
- Knowledge of the EYFS educational program
- Experience in using data systems for school improvement, student tracking, Target Setting, Recording & Reporting

- Capacity to support creative learning and team building
- Be prepared to go the extra mile to get the best out of our pupils
- Commitment to whole school initiatives and the school improvement cycle
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize
- Ability to relate well to children and adults
