Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an English Teacher located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. We are seeking an experienced, caring, and creative educator to join our academic team.
The teacher will be responsible for delivering an engaging and developmentally appropriate English language curriculum that develops students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills, while fostering confidence in communication and a love for the English language. Candidates should be able to create interactive, student-centered lessons, encourage active participation, support language development, and work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, English Language Teaching, Linguistics, Education, or a closely related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in English language instruction.
- Strong understanding of language acquisition and communicative teaching methodologies.
- Ability to design engaging and interactive lessons that develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to support diverse learning needs.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to effectively use educational technology, digital platforms, and modern teaching tools.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with colleagues, parents, and school leadership.
- Commitment to professional ethics, student well-being, and creating a positive and supportive learning environment.
