Position Title: Head of School
Location: Bangalore, India
Reports To: School Board
Employment Type: Full-Time
Role Overview:
The Head of School serves as the educational leader of the school, responsible for the overall management, strategic direction, and academic excellence of the institution. This role demands visionary leadership, cultural sensitivity, and a deep commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment in alignment with the mission and values Trio World Academy.

Key Attributes:
Airfare and Travel Allowance
Travel at the Time of Joining and End of Contract:
Annual Round Trip Reimbursement:
One round trip per year to the employee's home country will be reimbursed during the contract period. This includes reimbursement of the actual cost of a one-way economy airfare from the designated point of origin to the school location, following the most direct and uninterrupted route.
Reimbursement for Staff and Dependents:
Leave Travel Allowance (LTA):
Accommodation:
A well-furnished 2 BHK accommodation conveniently located near the school will be provided in a gated society.
Visa Support:
The school will cover all expenses related to visas for employment purposes. The expatriate is required to adhere the Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO) policy and procedures.
Cost of Living:
As one of the most affordable places to live in the world, you'll be earning a healthy take-home pay whilst living a comfortable lifestyle
Tax Exemptions:
Depending on your circumstances, you may be eligible for tax free benefits for the first few years of employment
Health Insurance:
