Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related queries from staff regarding contracts, employment terms, payroll, housing, policies, leave, benefits, and related matters.
2. Track attendance, leave requests, and maintain leave balances; escalate issues to school SLT when needed.
3. Assist with employee welfare, handle complaints, disciplinary issues, probation, and exits, making sure all records are kept properly.
4. Maintain accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data across internal systems and government platforms, including HR databases and related records.
5. Provide logistical HR support for school operations and events as required.
6. Support recruitment and onboarding activities, including posting vacancies, coordinating interviews, preparing offer letters, tracking candidates, pre-employment communication, orientation programs, system/email setup, and staff ID issuance.
7. Assist with reference checks for potential hires by contacting previous employers via phone or email and provide the findings to management.
8. Ensure all required documents requested from employees are collected, verified, and meet ADEK eligibility requirements, MOHRE, visa, work permit, and Emirates ID regulations.
9. Prepare and maintain all HR documentation, including contracts, offer letters, experience letters, NOCs, and other staff letters (Bank, Government, Immigration, etc.).
10. Prepare monthly payroll data and coordinate with Accounts for processing.
