IBDP Business and Management / 2nd Teachable
We are seeking an experienced IB Math / 2nd Teachable teacher to join our school. In this role, you will be responsible for creating lesson plans and delivering instruction to students in grades 10 to 12. The successful candidate will create a learning environment that fosters academic growth and encourages students to develop their business management skills, along with a 2nd teachable. This role must also be able to assess student progress and provide guidance to ensure success in the classroom.
Teacher Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute lesson plans for classes
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to students and parents
- Prepare students for standardized tests and assessments
- Utilize technology to supplement instruction and engage students
- Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure student success
- Manage student behavior in the classroom
- Provide extra help to students who need additional assistance
- Participate in professional development activities

Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Teaching certification or license in Mexico or country of origin
- Experience teaching IB Business Management and another Teachable
- Knowledge of IBDP curriculum and assessment practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm for working with students and promoting their academic growth
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Professional Fluency in English or Spanish (written and spoken)
- Conversational fluency in the 2nd language is an asset
- Experience with CAS, Extended Essay, TOK an asset
