A leading British international school in Casablanca is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic IGCSE Computer Science Teacher to join its team for the end of August 2026.
The Role
The successful candidate will teach Computer Science at IGCSE level, inspiring students to develop their computational thinking, problem-solving and programming skills while preparing them effectively for their examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Computer Science at IGCSE level
- Plan and deliver engaging, student-centred lessons
- Support students in developing programming, algorithmic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Prepare students effectively for IGCSE examinations
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Contribute positively to the wider academic life of the school
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Computing, Education or a related field
- Recognised teaching qualification
- Previous experience teaching IGCSE Computer Science
- Strong knowledge of the IGCSE Computer Science curriculum
- Excellent English communication skills
- A passion for teaching and supporting students to achieve their full potential
- International or British curriculum experience is highly desirable
