Job Description
• Provide support to students with additional learning needs in accordance with the school's inclusion policy and ADEK requirements.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to plan and implement appropriate learning strategies and accommodations.
• Develop, implement and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support plans for students of determination.
• Assess student needs and track progress through regular observation, documentation and evaluation.
• Deliver targeted interventions to support students' academic, social and emotional development.
• Work closely with parents, teachers, therapists and external agencies to ensure effective support for students.
• Promote inclusive practices and help create an accessible and supportive learning environment.
• Maintain accurate, confidential and up-to-date student records and reports.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on inclusive education strategies and accommodations.
• Support the school's inclusion programme in accordance with ADEK requirements and best practices.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree (QFE Level 7) in Special Education, Inclusive Education, Education or a related field.
• Recognized teaching qualification meeting ADEK requirements.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in special education, inclusion or learning support.
• Strong knowledge of inclusive education practices, differentiation and intervention strategies.
• Experience developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Strong understanding of students of determination and diverse learning needs.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with students, parents, teachers and external specialists.
• Relevant professional licensing requirements must be met where applicable.
