Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our team. As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the early educational journey of our young learners. Your creativity, nurturing approach, and commitment to fostering a love for learning will contribute to our students' growth and development.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans for kindergarten students.
Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and creativity.
Provide individualized attention and support to meet the diverse needs of each student.
Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the curriculum and share best practices.
Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive growth through hands-on activities, interactive learning, and play-based experiences.
Maintain open communication with parents to ensure a holistic understanding of each child's progress.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Master's preferred).
Teaching certification or licensure.
Proven experience teaching kindergarten students.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for creating a positive and stimulating learning environment.
Familiarity with inquiry-based and child-centered teaching approaches.
