Job Description
Universal American School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and outstanding teacher of Middle & High School Mathe to join our team of passionate educators in August 2027.
The successful candidate will have:
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field plus a certified teaching qualification such as B.Ed/M.Ed PGCE/PGDE or equivalent
• At least 2 years of teaching experience
• A passion for consistently delivering outstanding lessons to their students
• The ability to share outstanding practice with colleagues
• The ability to work well in a team and with other colleagues
• The desire to develop and grow professionally
• A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom
• Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students and parents
• Experience of teaching in a diverse, international school environment (desirable although not essential)
• The desire to work within a team of highly supportive and creative colleagues

About Universal American School

Universal American School (UAS) is a not-for-profit PK–12 community school in Dubai Festival City, part of the Al-Futtaim Education Foundation. Since 2005 we have delivered an American curriculum aligned to New York State Standards, alongside the IB Primary Years Programme, Advanced Placement courses and the IB Diploma Programme.
