This beautiful campus is our first to house both an international and bilingual curriculum in one location. Chengdu is the capital of Sichuan province—home to famous historic sites, cuisine, and culture. Our school is located in a new, high-tech area in the southwest of the city, convenient to the airport and with plenty of green space.
As a Music teacher, you build upon a strong foundation of music skills, diving deeper into melodic and rhythmic concepts, instrument types and families, vocal posture and breathing, and other topics and skills. You guide students to think both critically and creatively about the role of music in the human experience and as a form of self-expression. You also collaborate with fellow teachers to bring music into history, technology, and other areas to provide further context and enhance student learning. Throughout the academic year, you organize and engage in numerous events to showcase your student's work.
You will also:
- Foster meaningful relationships with each student to ensure a personalized and successful learning trajectory
- Guide students in pursuing academic achievement, personal responsibility, and intellect

- Experience: At least two years as the lead teacher in a classroom, a requirement for obtaining a working visa.
