职位概述General Description:
1. 中外班主任本着孩子第一,互相信任,合作共担,坦诚沟通的原则共同对于本班级负责。
Chinese and ex-pat homeroom teachers are expected to trust each other, work as team players, and communicate honestly, frequently,, and properly. They are expected to take equal responsibility for each class and prioritize students' needs.
2. 认真履行工作职责,认真完成校方下达的各项任务,认真做好学生的教育、教学工作,中外班主任一起组织开展好对学生身心健康有益的教育活动,共同承担班级学生安全的职责。认真做好将学校信息与家长进行交流沟通的工作,从而双方达成共识。与父母/监护人密切合作,提供进步反馈,回答问题,并成为孩子学习方面的教育伙伴。
Homeroom teachers should fulfill all the tasks assigned by the Student Center, work on students' education, and complete daily teaching duty. Chinese and ex-pat homeroom teachers organize activities that benefit students' mental health. Chinese and ex-pat homeroom teachers should take equal responsibility for students' safety, communicating closely with the parents about students' academic performance and all the information from the school. The homeroom teachers should work with parents closely, provide feedback regularly for parents, and answer questions from them. Homeroom teachers should contribute to improving students' academic performance.

1.7有序组织和管理早上早到校的学生及安排晨读时间(7:50到岗); Organize and manage morning time (journal time or reading time), arriving at 7:50 am;
1.8外方班主任在9:10分之前完成学生每日考勤工作(ManageBac);中方班主任在9:30之前完成学生每日晨检工作; Expat homeroom teachers complete student attendance at ManageBac every day by 9:10 am. Chinese homeroom teacher Complete morning health check by 9:30 am;
1.9班主任老师督促学生进行每天两次眼保健操和午间广播体操。(每堂课任课老师组织管理学生完成眼操,体育课除外); Homeroom teachers should supervise students to complete eye exercises and gymnastics. Except for PE lessons, all subject teachers should lead students to complete eye exercises;
1.10小学部:在课间10分钟,维持好班级内的秩序;中学部:在课间10分钟,维持好走廊上的秩序; Primary School: Watch the students closely in the classroom during the 10-minute break; Middle School: Watch the students closely in the corridor during the 10-minute break;
1.11放学前组织学生将教室垃圾清理干净、桌椅摆放整齐,陪同学生到校门交接给家长; Before dismissal, assign students to clean up the classroom, tidy up desks and chairs, and send students to the school gate to be picked up by parents;
1.12中外班主任有一方请病事假,另一方对班级管理事务全权负责; If one of the homeroom teachers is on leave, the other homeroom teacher will be fully responsible for class management;

1.15负责完成学生学科成绩单及评语填写工作; Be responsible for grading, report card comments, etc.;
1.16认真做好体育活动课的管理工作,确保不出现因失职原因造成的意外事故; Be responsible for PEA classes, oversee the students to prevent any kind of accident;
1.17中外班主任共同协作,营造干净整洁的教室环境; Both homeroom teachers need to work on creating a clean and tidy classroom environment;
1.18班主任老师要将平时学生的行为规范记录保存于学生个人档案中。(如反思表,NFT ,每月之星等日常表现) The homeroom teacher should keep the student's code of conduct in the student's individual portfolio. (Daily performance such as reflection sheet, NFT, Student of the Month, etc.)

3.中外教沟通合作 Chinese and ex-pat homeroom communication and cooperation | 3.1中外班主任积极沟通班级各项事务(学生管理问题、班级建设问题、学校的各部门的工作,如中方老师下发的各项通知); Chinese and ex-pat homeroom teachers proactively communicate about class information (student management, class setting, information from different departments such as the notification sent out by Chinese homeroom teacher;
3.2对于学校各部门组织的活动,积极参与,做好协调和管理工作; Actively engage in the activities organized by different departments;

5.3开学初协助外方班主任完成外文书本发放工作,负责中文类书籍的发放工作; Support ex-pat homeroom to distribute books and materials; Be responsible for distributing Chinese books.
5.4配合卫生室完成每学期学生保险报名,收费工作; Support the school clinic to register student insurance and collect the fee;
5.5配合各部门定期完成校车征询、校服增订、点心订购等工作; Support school bus arrangement, uniform order, snack order, etc.;
5.6配合财务室做好每学期学费、饭费的催款工作; Support finance department for collecting lunch fees, tuition, etc.;
5.7及时处理学校各部门反映与本班有关的事件、事故,做好善后及家长工作。 Properly deal with any issues or accidents between the class and other departments and inform parents. | |

About Vanke Bilingual School
Shanghai Vanke Bilingual School grew out of the International Bilingual Program of Fudan Vanke Experimental Private School.
