Invento the Uzbek International School was founded in 2020. It offers a fully authorised International Baccalaureate continuum curriculum, delivering the Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP) integrated with Uzbekistan’s national education standards, including Uzbek language, history and national assessments. Accreditation-wise, Invento is an IB World School authorised for EYPYP, MYP and DP. The campuses are modern and well‑equipped, featuring interactive classrooms, science labs, library, gym, swimming pool and arts, music, theater, dance and sports facilities. Located in the heart of Tashkent, Uzbekistan, Invento comprises two campuses: the Early Years campus at Tashkent City for ages 2–6, and the Ashgabat campus serving Grades 1–12.
Key Responsibilities:
-Design and teach inquiry-based lessons in language, mathematics, science, and social
studies in line with the IB PYP framework and Uzbek national standards
-Foster learner agency, critical thinking, and collaboration through transdisciplinary
Units of Inquiry
-Use Toddle to plan, assess, document, and communicate student learning with clarity
and consistency
-Establish a respectful, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
-Collaborate actively with fellow homeroom and specialist teachers to ensure vertical
and horizontal curriculum alignment
-Communicate regularly and constructively with parents about student progress and
school life
-Contribute to student-led initiatives, school events, and professional learning
communities
Qualifications and Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field with recognized teaching credential
-Minimum of 5 years of full-time teaching experience, including at least 2 years in an
IB PYP context
-Completed IB PYP Category 1 (or higher) training
-Skilled in using Toddle as a learning and communication platform
-Fluent English speaker with strong written and oral communication skills
-Culturally aware, team-oriented, and reflective educator
-Experience in supporting student exhibitions or project-based learning is a plus
