Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
- Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives.
- Assess and record students' progress and provide grades and feedback.
- Maintain discipline by the rules and disciplinary systems of the institution.
- Participate in departmental and school meetings, parent meetings, and whole-school training events.
- Foster a positive and motivating environment for students.
