The Vice Principal works closely with the School Principal to support the overall management and administration of the school. Responsibilities include assisting in the development and implementation of school policies, curriculum planning, and staff supervision. The Vice Principal plays a key role in student discipline and ensuring a safe learning environment. Additionally, they may oversee specific departments, programs, or extracurricular activities and collaborate with teachers, parents, and community stakeholders to enhance student achievement and wellbeing. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.
