Position Overview
The Primary Curriculum Coordinator reports directly to the Principal of Renad Academy
Key Responsibilities Include:
•To lead curriculum development, assessment, implementation, and qualityassurance so that teaching and learning are consistent, purposeful, and well-matched to needs of the students in our elevated supports classroom.•Curriculum design, assessment systems, student progress review, teacher support,classroom quality.•Works closely with senior leaders, teachers, specialists, and support staff to turnschool priorities into practical systems and classroom practice.•Autism-specific school setting with pathway-based provision and the need forstrong curriculum adaptation, staff coaching, and student-centeredimplementation.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential and Preferred Requirements:
•Master’s degree in education or equivalent (preferred)•6-8 years of relevant full-time teaching experience•Experience in curriculum development and assessment as well asexperiential learning•Experience in a specialist, inclusive, or special education setting.

Salary is highly competitive and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
