Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data and Assessment Coordinator to join our academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing assessment systems, analyzing student performance data, supporting academic reporting, and providing accurate data insights to help improve teaching, learning, and student outcomes.

The Data and Assessment Coordinator will work closely with the Principal, Vice Principals, Heads of Department, teachers, and the leadership team to ensure that assessment practices are consistent, reliable, and aligned with school improvement priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal and external assessment processes across the school.
  • Manage student performance data, assessment records, and academic reporting systems.
  • Analyze assessment results and provide clear reports to support academic decision-making.
  • Prepare data dashboards, progress reports, attainment reports, and intervention summaries.
  • Support teachers and leaders in using data to identify student needs and plan interventions.
  • Ensure assessment calendars, deadlines, and procedures are communicated and followed.
  • Support standardized testing, benchmark assessments, and inspection-related data requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data is updated, organized, and confidential.
  • Assist leadership in preparing reports for school improvement planning, accreditation, and KHDA requirements.
  • Provide training and support to staff on assessment systems, data entry, and reporting expectations.
  • Monitor assessment completion, data accuracy, and follow-up actions with relevant teams.

Additional School Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Data Management, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a school data, assessment, academic coordination, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of assessment practices, student progress tracking, and academic reporting.
  • Excellent Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Experience with school management systems and assessment platforms is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines accurately.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with academic leaders, teachers, and administrative teams.
  • UAE school experience and KHDA inspection experience are preferred.
