About the Position
As the Director of Boarding, you will continue to grow and develop our week-day boarding program, including enhancing the existing House system, training and supervising boarding staff, communicating with parents and ensuring the boarding program is a rich aspect of campus life. The Director of Boarding is responsible for implementing and enforcing all policies, procedures, and practices of the boarding department, as well as collaborating with other school leaders to further enhance the boarding program

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of experience in a boarding school environment
- 3+ years of experience managing boarding operations
- Strong pastoral and interpersonal skills and experience
- Deep understanding of boarding student needs and experience creating programs to meet the needs of students

The master-planned location will include plenty of green space, and is convenient to the Chengdu airport as well.
