We are seeking an educator who:

· Holds a relevant degree and recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, B.Ed. or
equivalent)

· Has 3+ years of Early Years teaching experience (international experience preferred)

· Demonstrates strong classroom practice, differentiation, and student engagement

· Is tech-savvy and integrates digital tools into learning

· Models high ethical standards, professionalism, and personal integrity

· Respects and supports the Christian ethos and values of the school

· Is collaborative, organised, and committed to high standards

· Contributes positively to school life, including extracurricular programmes

·      experience teaching International Early Years Curriculum (IEYC) would be an asset

Minimum Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Education and/or related content with teacher training
• At least 3-5 years of work experience as a classroom teacher (in the Early Years department)
• Working knowledge of the Field Work Education
• Demonstrated understanding of the application of technology to deliver instruction, as well as records and information management
• Able to use a laptop, desk top computers and other electronic devices to produce documents, make presentations and surf the internet
• A proven record in working successfully with diverse populations
• A positive attitude and ability to plan and adapt to change
• First aid training is advantageous
• Ability to collaborate effectively with departments and cross-functional teams

Working conditions

• Work is usually in a typical classroom environment
• Ability to travel with Students on local, regional, and international Field Trips
• Flexibility to work outside of hours are desirable, including the occasional public holidays, weekends or evenings; specially to meet project milestones or to represent the organization

Physical requirements

• There may be times when lifting of small and lightweight equipment may be required
• Long periods of standing and bending may also be necessary
