Canadian School Queretaro offers Alberta and Mexican study programs in an English immersion environment. We are looking for highly qualified staff who will contribute their skills, knowledge, and talents to the high level of education we strive to achieve at our school.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to work within the culture of a professional learning community
- Affective characteristics (sociability, empathy, flexibility, etc.)
- Adaptability and commitment to professionalism • Creative, hard-working, able to challenge the minds of students
- Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning, appropriate to the maturity and interests of students, and where all students are respected and valued
- Able to integrate information and technology into the curriculum
- Strive to maintain and improve a level of professional competence required by a private international school

Job Benefits
- The EMPLOYER will cover the costs of processing the Mexican work visa, including the payment of taxes and government fees, as well as the payment of other fees incurred to carry out the said procedure.
- Major medical insurance for the “EMPLOYEE”. Coverage includes coverage for major illnesses and accidents. Details of the coverage are described in the insurance policy.
- A medical assistant will be available by appointment in case of illness.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Education in elementary or secondary education with professional licensure
- Alberta Teacher Certification or Canadian Bachelor of Education
- Teaching experience at the elementary level
- Proof of English proficiency with excellent pronunciation
Additional skills: Microsoft Office, Google Apps, Power School, Project-based learning, Apple Packaging.

We use the English language in teaching and as a means of communication within the school at all levels, allowing our students to learn a second language in a similar way to learning their mother tongue.
