We are hiring a Head of Elementary to oversee Grades 1–5.
You will lead the academic program, supervise teachers, and support student growth.
This role reports to the school director and works across both campuses.

Responsibilities

  • Manage teaching staff and instructional quality
  • Oversee curriculum and classroom delivery
  • Track student performance and implement improvements
  • Handle parent communication and engagement
  • Enforce discipline and school policies
  • Lead staff development and training
  • Maintain a safe and effective learning environment
  • Coordinate with other department heads
