The LTLW is a stipended position that ensures that the Grade Level Leaders (GLLs) work in a collaborative, effective, and efficient manner.
The LTLW is a full-time middle leadership position that supports the Dubai Schools initiative by reinforcing the DS Mission, Values, and Attitudes. Assisting in the building of a coherent curriculum and ensuring effective teaching and learning are priorities of the LTLW. The well-being of students is a focus with the LTLW supporting GLLs and the school counselor in monitoring tier 2 and 3 students.
Coherence, positivity, and engagement inspire students to continually meet and exceed their learning targets, and the LTLW models this within the Dubai Schools community of learners.
