Only applicants that meet the following minimum criteria should apply:
- Able to provide a recent national police clearance report for your country of citizenship and recent country of residence.
- Certified Teacher / Teaching License issued by a national or state government education agency (Ministry of Education, etc.); TOEFL, TSOL, etc. alone does not qualify.
- At least 2 years full-time teaching experience teaching Art in a school setting.
- Teaching certification in secondary school Art.
- Proven classroom management, curriculum planning, and pedagogical skills
- Able to provide a letter of reference from a current or recent supervisor.
- Able to provide at least 3 names and contact information (email, phone number) of current or recent supervisors who can be contacted.
- A student-centered, progressive approach to teaching and learning
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
- Ability to make a long-term commitment to work in a dynamic, progressive learning community
