Teachers wanted for a young international school in Aktau, Kazakhstan, where the panoramic steppe meets the sparkling Caspian Sea!

Get a taste of life in the fascinating western region of Kazakhstan and try out international teaching with the team of this forward thinking school.

All classes are multi age or composite classes with fewer than 18 students per class. Students are from both local and expatriate families, so English as an Additional Language/English to Speakers of Other Languages teaching experience/training is strongly preferred. Classrooms are spacious and bright.

Start date: August 23, 2018

The post is full-time, requiring a 40 hour duty week during term time and up to 13 additional in-person work days when students are not in attendance for orientation, professional development, and school work days.

The school offers an international curriculum in three languages, holds regular and relevant PD, and has exciting plans for the future. Come be a part of this chapter in our history!
