Job Description:

Zhuzhou School Affiliated to Beijing Normal University is located in Zhuzhou, in the central southern part of China. We provide safe and enjoyable 10 month contract for English teachers. The main duties of the role is to teach spoken English, reading and writing skills to our lower primary students, and the job starts at September term time. Zhuzhou is a beautiful place to live and work, school is located at the new developed area in the city near a beautiful lake.

The teacher will be responsible for:

Design and develop art curriculum and course materials
Deliver lectures to students on arts and its many forms and traditions
Teach students to express themselves to through arts
Provide an exciting classroom experience to students during art sessions
Maintain files art records, artworks and art portfolios of students
Access, evaluate and grade students’ performance in arts subject
Provide art supplies and material to students
Assist and support studio administration in running the art classes in an effective manner
