The early childhood classroom is carefully designed to encourage a child's natural curiosity to create, discover, and ask questions. Our Early Childhood teachers adopt a collaborative, co-teaching approach to enhance student engagement and learning opportunities. The Subject Expert Teacher (SET) and Learning Enhancement Teacher (LET) partner to introduce ideas and ensure every student receives deep subject knowledge, personalized support, and appropriate engagement.
As an Early Childhood Subject Expert Teacher, you help cultivate a joyful, rigorous learning environment rich in child-initiated play that inspires students to become enthusiastic, life-long learners.
