EGA is hiring Intervention/Substitute Teachers
As an Interventionist, you would pull students out to provide interventions to bridge gaps or challenge high achieving students in your specialty subject area across different grade levels. EGA's intervention program covers English Language, and Math. You would report to a Student Support Program Coordinator who would ensure you are supported, and provided with a full teaching load.
As a substitute, you would step away from your intervention duties to substitute for absent teachers. You would be provided with lesson plans in advance so that you can prepare yourself adequately for coverage.
The Intervention/Substitute Teacher role is convertable to a Homeroom or Classroom Teacher role, and may not be a permanent placement.
