Licenses & Certifications:
Teaching Credential/License
Additional School Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education (or equivalent in Early Childhood Education).
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the same field of work.
  • Completion of 75% of required Continuous Professional Development (CPD) hours, with remaining hours to be completed within three (3) months of permit issuance, as per SPEA guidelines.
  • Strong understanding of early years pedagogy, child development, and differentiated instruction.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and classroom management skills.
  • A Master’s degree in Education is preferred.
  • Prior experience in an international or American curriculum school is an advantage.
