Rushmore American School is seeking a passionate, caring, and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our vibrant early years team. The successful candidate will nurture a love of learning, foster curiosity, and create a warm, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that supports each child’s holistic development.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (or equivalent in Early Childhood Education).
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the same field of work.
- Completion of 75% of required Continuous Professional Development (CPD) hours, with remaining hours to be completed within three (3) months of permit issuance, as per SPEA guidelines.
- Strong understanding of early years pedagogy, child development, and differentiated instruction.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and classroom management skills.
- A Master’s degree in Education is preferred.
- Prior experience in an international or American curriculum school is an advantage.
