Psychology & Sociology Teacher

Job Summary

Ajyal International School MBZ is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Psychology & Sociology Teacher to deliver high-quality instruction and inspire students to understand human behaviour, social structures, and contemporary global issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Psychology and Sociology in line with the curriculum
  • Teach topics such as research methods, human development, social behaviour, culture, and societal structures
  • Develop students’ critical thinking, analytical, and research skills
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners
  • Assess, record, and report on student progress regularly
  • Prepare students for internal and external examinations (e.g., GCSE/iGCSE/A Level)
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Use a variety of teaching strategies, including discussions, case studies, and research-based learning
  • Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to curriculum development
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress
